PLM is an accredited clean Marina; and is a proud member of the Clean Marinas-Australia Program; a national, voluntary accreditation system for marinas across Australia.

The Clean Marinas-Australia Program has been developed to support Australia's marine industries in its endeavors to protect our coastal and inland waterways.

Located within the Marina Precinct you will find -

- A Marine Service Centre, providing complete boat repair facilities in a purpose built centre; located at Inner Harbour.

- A fully automated 24-hour fuel dock located at Inner Harbour.

- And the Cove Hotel; encompassing fine dining, gaming and entertainment facilities.

- In addition to our wet + dry berthing facilities.

- Club facilities comprising a gym + pool.

Patterson Lakes Marina is centrally located on Port Phillip Bay enabling easy access to the best fishing locations and beaches Melbourne has to offer.

PLM is a mere 35 minutes from the Melbourne CBD, and only 45 minutes away from Portsea. With the new Eastlink freeway traveling time between the city + the marina has been reduced to a brisk 25 minutes!
